Thursday, September 8, 2011 - I have been drinking NZ SB's of late because the very good CA SB are getting too precious. This Dry Creek SB is the top QPR SB of the year! Soft, florally (not citrusy) on the nose, wonderfully well integrated oak, no bite, silky almost unctious. Maybe not as food friendly as aperitif friendly. Outstanding effort.
