Saturday, January 28, 2012 - 2012 ZAP-time to prepare for the 25th ZAP Event. Nose of black cherry, black pepper, allspice, and earth, more of the same on the palate, medium/big body, almost fruit forward, delicious tasting, mouth filling fruit, long finish, probably better in two years.
