Friday, February 21, 2014 - Tremendous notes of violets, tarragon, thyme, cassis, cocoa bark, espresso and marionberries with a cashmere gliding finish which unfolded additional flavor profiles mirroring the nose. Juicy and bright, this was impeccably balanced with purity and a solid mineral backbone. Drinking well now, but will live on for many years. One of the better Cab Francs in this price range.
