Unbroken cork: the trick appears to be to pull it out very very slowly, like this one gradually eased out over 1+ minutes. Overall the wine is fully mature and well balanced with enough intensity to enjoy with Lamb this Easter. If anything it lacked a little on length and wow factor now.
