Long and elegant. Not overpowering but still deep. Brioche perhaps beginning to taper into hazelnut. Every sip was a delight and fresh. Could have drunk another bottle without tiring of it!

Last bottle of 12 drunk over 10-ish years (2009 not part of same case). Unbroken cork: the trick appears to be to pull it out very very slowly, like this one gradually eased out over 1+ minutes. Overall the wine is fully mature and well balanced with enough intensity to enjoy with Lamb this Easter. If anything it lacked a little on length and wow factor now.

Last and probably best bottle of 6. Previous bottles have been a bit tart but this was very smooth.
