Saturday, December 20, 2014 - Definitely much smoother than I was expecting. A slightly bricked dark garnet, somewhat translucent. A very nice nose, earthy, a little mushroomy, no strong spice or alcohol present. Very round taste, somewhat restrained, not a ton of body, but enjoyable. Fairly short finish. Drink now.
