Deep purple in color, nose offers up black cherry and black currant fruit, coupled with a bit of leather and slight rocky minerality. On the palate, nicely structured, showing off the blacj cherry and black currant fruit, as well as nicely balanced medium acidity and fine-grained med(+) tannins that are still a bit firm and persistent. This wine has a nice and pleasant finish that goes on for 30-45 seconds, and I believe this wine will drink nicely between 2014-2024. Always a dependable Napa Cab, with a sub $50 price point and loads of personality.
