Friday, February 22, 2013 - Delicious sparkler composed of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Nebbiolo. Light pink. Nose of citrus, dust, roses, yeast, and a little licorice. Delightful, balanced palate of black cherry, licorice, lemon, minerals, bread, and vanilla. Excellent length. Refreshing acidity. Fine effervescence.
