Sunday, October 16, 2011 - Silky, tannins very low. Fruity, fresh, acidity non existant, redcurrant as the main taste. Mineral. Drunk with beef and morels. No taste of oak.
The legs are Medium.
It smells like Red Currant, Plum, and Mineral.
It tastes like Red Currant, Plum, and Mineral.
The body is Medium.
The wine is textured Silky.
The wine finishes Medium.
