Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Disgorged in fall of 2014. Light yellow colour and very small and fine bubbles. Beautiful youthful nose showing minerals, citrus tones, hazelnut and a touch of liquorice. Intensive and creamy citrus and mineral palate. Very nice and long finish with a mixture of lemon and lime peel.

Much better compared with last time I've had this.
