Saturday, July 18, 2020 - (Disgorged in 2013, 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, dosage 8 gr/l)
Yellow colour with wonderful tiny bubbles that give way for the lovely maturing nose showing minerals, citrus zest and a touch of hazelnuts. Palate is soft with a smoothing apples acidity transforming into a creamy mid and before the lengthy finish showing a nice buttery note.
