Does not like this wine:

78 Points

Saturday, October 28, 2017 - This bottle was unlike anything I've tasted from Quilceda Creek before. This bottle resembled the notes from minndavid60 with the nose he described as dill and green pepper verging almost on pine or conifer. Very strange nose that was not pleasant nor inviting. A bit of heat on the nose continued through the palate. The fruit was almost non-existent, just a hint of black fruit in an overall dull palate where the biggest impression was from the tart, dusty tannins and the heat from the alcohol. I did not enjoy this wine and wonder if it was a case of bottle variation. This bottle was stored in temp controlled storage from time of delivery and decanted for 40 minutes before tasting. Other bottles have been okay.
