Wednesday, November 30, 2011 - pop n pour, could have used a strong 3-5 hour decant. it was not as open knit as i was expecting/hoping for, and never fully opened up. but the stuffing was there for something really special. cedar and red fruits. just smells and looks well-made, if that makes any sense. i'm excited to see where this goes, and glad i have several more bottles to track along the wine's maturity. if scoring, 90-92 with a big upside if properly decanted.
