Friday, March 10, 2023 - Tasted blind. Dense and nicely aged aroma profile with barnyard notes, underwood and mushrooms. Fruit of dark berries and blueberries, fresh in style and an ideal match with the aging notes. Sufficient tension, but the palate appeared to be thinning out a bit. Slightly leathery finish. This was still pretty good, but the least convincing bottle I’ve had to date (1x in 2019, 3x in 2021).
