Saturday, June 19, 2021 - Pale jasmine in colour, the nose bursts with lime blossom, white flowers and lemon leaving heady, intense aromas.
Sweet lime cordial, elderflower is underpinned by a grippy, linear & steely acidity in this medium-bodied, succulent wine. The wine has excellent length and a good fruit concentration from their top vineyard. Not perhaps as elegant, defined and deep as being a wetter year, but lovely wine nevertheless. Touch of peach and lime zest on the finish.
