Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Notes from second half of bottle that was recorked overnight. Color is light to medium straw with quick, thin legs. Generous bouquet of bright lime, honeysuckle, and citrus. Medium bodied and big crunchy acidity on the palate. Not as stony as it could be, but that's forgivable in light of the persistence of the fruit riding that massive wave of acidity. Really outstanding Sancerre that will certainly challenge your tooth enamel, as it should ;) 5+11+17+8 = 91
