Sunday, September 22, 2013 - This wine went beautifully with a dinner of broiled salmon, curried cauliflower, and a green bean roasted pepper salad. Aromas of jasmine and grapefruit, flavors of grapefruit, sits well on the back of the tongue, a finish that keeps going while it tries to figure out what is going on.
