Bright flavorful and spot on. Nice mouth feel. Medium bodied, long finish. Really a nice wine with its focus entirely on the terroire. A little lemon but no cut grass or hay.

For those of you interested in what sauvignon blanc tasted like before the french went all wonky commercial and spoiled it and the Kiwi's invented their new version (see cat pee and lemon grass reference above - just sayin), this traditional but so traditional its new, bottling is drinking nicely at the present.
