Saturday, March 20, 2021 - Very faint notes of fruit and herbs on the nose and palate. Mostly a minerally structure with nice acidity but with much less fruit (and dare I say) interest than it had five years ago. YMMV but for my palate, this was a much more intriguing wine at 5 years of age than it is now.
