Saturday, December 25, 2021 - The SH Chardonnays always get an almond-y flavor as they age and usually this is a good part of the overall package. The 2009s I have had so far have been remarkably disappointing though. Too flabby, too dark and too advanced for their age. Three bottles down the sink so far.
