Friday, September 27, 2019 - Ard & David’s 50th birthday dinner (Chez David, Amsterdam, NL.): Top shoulder level. Remarkably lively colour for age; lovely nose, cassis and mint and cedar; juicy and lively palate, light but energetic, nervous acidity; light finish with a slightly sharp edge.
