Friday, May 27, 2011 - Greenish tint, albeit fairly transparent, on the eye. Perhaps lay down for 5 years. Light Chardonnay and oak nose. Excellent minerality (arguably a bit too much) balanced nicely with acidity. Alcohol not apparent on the nose despite 14%. Unique. Losing most of the barrel and gaining more of the minerality as it gets more air.
