Wednesday, May 29, 2013 - I was pleasantly surprised with this wine, I enjoyed it with a Paella that I intended to have with an Albariño but Memorial Day weekend brought a cold front that made me look for red. The wine has pleasant cherry notes and the right acidity to pair with any food. It matched the Paella perhaps even better than the Albariño as I added smoked paprika, chicken and chorizo in addition to the seafood.
