Sunday, May 28, 2017 - This needed some time to open up and blow off a slightly prickly feeling. Perhaps a little trapped gas. Lighter bodied and red fruited. An elegant Rosso that is very food friendly. Ann preferred this to the older Caparzo. Solid wine.

5/29/2017 2:05:00 PM - You opted for this instead of the Felsina CCR - pretty good "swap". I don't think I have tried her Rosso from 2009, but I like her Brunello from that year quite a bit.
