Sunday, July 5, 2015 - 4th of July BBQ with Friends and good wine; 7/4/2015-7/5/2015 (Zurich, Switzerland): Golden ripe color. Nose shows cooked apples, caramel and yeast. Quite a heavy and rich Champagne, but likely among the best produced in 2003. Most definitely much better than DomP 2003. As the weather was 35 Deg. Celsius this was not the right Champagne, to maskulin to heavy but still a superb bottle. Drink now - 2022
