Thursday, January 28, 2021 - The End of the Golden Weather: a pre-COVID-19 Visit to Central Otago in Autumn 2020: Served double blind as a pair with the Jadot. I preferred the Mouchère over the Jadot. Classic Boillot reduction on bouquet and palate. Honeycomb and grapefruit. Well balanced. Sparkling, beautiful acidity. "Tight", noted Rudi. Attractive now, but the vintage could use another 2-3+ years.
