Monday, August 1, 2016 - Starting to show it's age. Brickish color coming on the rim. It's beginning to offer up signs of cinnamon and cardamon, dried cherry and rose petal. Silky smooth and layered. It's evolving very beautifully and quickly for a younger wine. It's drinking beautiful now and imagine it should be enjoyed sooner rather than later.
