Thursday, October 15, 2015 - Popped and poured making dinner. Good weight with dark fruit and notes of leather/meat. Tannins are in balance. Will likely improve with age (unopened) and exposure to O2 (tonight's bottle). However, bottle may not survive the night the next hour. It has been a rough week.
