Aromas of smoked meat and very dark fruit, subtle green pepper, black pepper. Has that distinctive herbal/menthol nose of Sonoma Syrah, though less pronounced than other producers.
Light acid and tannins with much more menthol on the palette. Paired well with roast duck.
