Friday, May 18, 2018 - Our previous bottle of this, tasted two years ago, was much too young to open. This bottle, tasted after a 3 hour decant, was delicious, and apparently just entering its drinking window. It presented generous mixed black fruits and acidity, along with the expected beef blood and olive brine. It was an outstanding bargain at $22 from Last Bottle; I should have bought many more. Drink 2018-2025.
