Wednesday, October 8, 2014 - Really enjoyed this. 1hr double decant and cool-down was perfect. Still bret, but very well balanced with the savory meatiness, beef blood, herbs and white pepper. Very fine long finish lingers wonderfully, and there's a sweetness of fruit that perfectly compliments the savory notes. Never tiring or alcoholic. Would have scored higher but finish became drier with 40mins in the glass. Drink in next 3-5yrs.
