Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - A lovely lunch at Fien and Gert Jan (The home of Fien and Gert Jan): A ripe colour, but lively, ripe and spicy (garrigue) in the bouquet and after a small half hour the wine developed more power and more complexity, leather, plums. We have kissed the princess after 24 years. Till so far 95 points, but in the aftertaste the alcohol was a bit obvious.
