Thursday, December 18, 2003 - Tasted unblinded at Region restaurant. Bright disc. Deep ruby/garnet robe with pink rim. Clean nose, showing a moderately intense bouquet of damp earth, raspberry, mushroom and cigar box. Full-bodied on the palate, with relatively high acidity, medium soft tannins and similar flavors as for the nose. Long, slightly tart finish.
