Friday, March 10, 2017 - Zachys La Paulée Auction, Day Two (Le Bernardin Prive - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Served slightly too warm (~60F). Late summer flowers with mature stone fruit with faint tropical hints. Rich and very concentrated in a manner that gave it unctuous textures. Fully mature, but I'd consider that age appropriate for the 1995 vintage at this point. Superb length.
