Tuesday, December 9, 2014 - Dark color. Still very, very young and quite harsh in the tannin with a dark and amble fruit; while it is very good now in all it's rusticity and locale, one may doubt if this will ever come around as an elegant wine - fruit will fade before the tannin, I fear. Drink with food, a good steak, say. (with OT & S at Bistro Boheme).
