Sunday, January 31, 2021 - This really stepped up and perhaps it was the food we had with it. Anyway classic Pinot colour with little bricking. Slightly astringent nose like putting you face into a fruit bush. Cream cherry flavours mixed with raspberry. Subtle and same with the acid. Not hugely long or bold finish but somehow that would have upset the balance.
