Wednesday, August 28, 2013 - Delicious nose of soft cab franc with some spice...I honestly want to say its sort if like cumin? Maybe some reduction, as it goes away later. Moderately complex, with some merlot plum softness but mostly it cab franc driven. A light and juicy bistro style, really quite delicious and food friendly.
