Beautiful autolytic notes, the bubbles are softening with bottle age, but the citrus, green apple, white pepper, and warm bread-crust flavors are still going strong. A dollop of cane sugar is noted on the bright and med-length finish.
This wine is certainly at peak, possibly just past it, it is ready to consume in it's mature glory. Quite good.
