Friday, March 12, 2021 - shared with pat at selkirk manor. Celebrating covid vaccination and being able to socialize a little more. I continue to prune the cellar with a focus on bottles with expired drink by dates. Fortunately, this wine continues to show well. Deep color. No sign of age. Lots of cherry and spice. Perhaps at its best now. Should have bought more. Will look for recent vintages.
