Saturday, May 16, 2015 - What a colour! The most brilliant yellow. Mineral notes, lemon and under-ripe pineapple with just the touch of wood; the palate is all about elegance and balance with a long finish. Drank with a stuffed lobster and as good as the match was this wine just wanted to be appreciated on its own. Sublime.
