Tuesday, August 26, 2014 - All in all a little Chaupin / Cuvee de mon Aieul. All about fruit (nose and palate). No vanilla flavours at all.

Due to its astringency I guess this one needs two more years and might be able to keep the drinking window open for 10 more years. Good qpr (32€) and textbook Chateauneuf.

As another tasting note mentioned, this wine did not improve on day 2.

Quite some sediment. Make sure to decant.
