Monday, November 5, 2012 - Fairly dark ruby red in color with a slightly watery rim. Blackberry, black currant, black pepper, vanilla, smoked meat, fine leather and mint on the nose. Blackberry, black pepper and alcohol on the palate. It is still mildly tannic with a black berry and black pepper finish - a bit too much of the latter in my opinion.
