Thursday, May 16, 2019 - Great Grand Cru Burgundy Dinner with Friends (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Served alongside the glorious 2005. Open 45 minutes before serving and decanted because of some odd aromas. This never fully came around, with my thinking it stuck in a state of reduction and David thinking it slightly oxidized! Still, tasty and enjoyable.
