Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Very nice, petrol and slate, fairly balanced acidity, and relatively low residual sugar; that said, this could have used a tad more acidity to push it over the 90 point hump. Finishes smooth and crisp, making you want for another sip. Went well with raclette and Bresaolo, Proscuitto San Danielle, Prosciutto di Parma, Tuscan Ham, Mortadella, gerkins, and some other bits and pieces.
