Friday, January 20, 2017 - What a great wine! Are we ever glad we waited 8 years to open and drink. Dark red ruby color, with a nose of slight fruit and cassis flavor. Hints of tobacco and slight tannins. Very smooth. Interestingly complex and not as big of a taste as when it was younger. This was a terrific wine with NY strip and Filet.
