Saturday, August 20, 2022 - P/well chilled. Med straw color. This was a lovely example of an aged sparkler. Very tiny size bubble and decent stream. Plenty of fruit and acidity, especially at finish. Slight notes of lees and yeast but not overly so. Nothing off. $43
