Wednesday, September 5, 2012 - Super dark, very ripe but an excellent wine. Some earth and mineral but subtle texture and some layering of flavors but not to the extent of some Santa Rita Hills Pinot or edna Valley Pinots I like. I would definitely buy this wine again and it is definitely better than their regular Santa Lucia Highlands or Santa Rita Hills bottling s.
