Wednesday, August 1, 2012 - Consistent with the last couple bottles. Big and buttery, with just enough acidity to keep it fresh. Some apple and pineapple. Lots of sediment - tartaric acid crystals? Went well with shrimp cocktail to my surprise. I was going to pair a lean and minerally Wind Gap James Berry Chard with the shrimp until I found out my guests liked big and buttery chardonnay. Solid and good QPR for this style.
