Sunday, September 30, 2012 - Still drinking well: lemon blossom/oil and boiled wool on the nose, palate of tart lemon, much more spice and minerals mid-palate, no discernible heat, nice balance, all surprisingly light for a 2003 wine. I see no significant improvement over my last tasting of this wine, with the spice quality a welcome change, but less boiled wool, and fruit more tart, too. Drink up.
