Monday, June 11, 2018 - Developing colour. Ripe, slightly sweet nose. Apple. Lime blossom. Ripe, off-dry palate, some lanolin. Nice. Perhaps not developing as slowly as initially promised, or advertised in the glowing early reviews for this vintage. If you have a few I would try one now, but there is no great rush under screw cap.
